Once again the old year is a thing of the past and the entirety of 2019 stands before us. The goals you set for yourself will, without a doubt, be difficult to attain so why not reward yourself for them? Once you reach an important milestone in your journey to your goal, make sure you treat yourself to keep the motivation going.
